AI Chat and Cookies

Cludo’s AI Chat uses cookies to store conversation history, allowing users to access past conversations later through the chat portal.

Cookies for AI Chat are disabled in the following situations:

• Cookie tracking is turned off under Data Settings in MyCludo.
• A customer has connected their cookie consent to Cludo, and a user has declined cookie tracking.

If cookies are disabled for either of these reasons, Cludo will not store a cookie. Instead, a temporary chat history will be maintained during the active session, but it will be permanently deleted as soon as the user refreshes the page or navigates to a different page.
