AI Chat and Cookies
Cludo’s AI Chat uses cookies to store conversation history, allowing users to revisit past interactions through the chat portal.
Cookie: qaConversations
The qaConversations cookie temporarily stores the ongoing chat history between the user and Cludo’s AI Chat. It helps the assistant maintain context throughout a session and ensures a more seamless conversational experience.
Cookies for AI Chat are disabled in the following situations:
- Cookie tracking is turned off under Data Settings in MyCludo.
- A customer has connected their cookie consent to Cludo, and a user has declined cookie tracking.
If cookies are disabled for either of these reasons, Cludo will not store a cookie. Instead, a temporary chat history will be maintained during the active session, but it will be permanently deleted as soon as the user refreshes the page or navigates to a different page.
