How to use the Update Content tool
When you have a page that you recently published or updated and would like this to be indexed for your search immediately, the Update Content tool can come in handy.
To push a page to the crawler for immediate indexing, all you need to do is:
- Go to Configuration → Update Content
- Insert the URL that you want to index
- Click Update and select the crawler(s) that should index the URL
- The page should be indexed within a few moments
After a URL has been updated, it will be displayed as part of the Requested Updates table. The table will display the URL, applicable crawler, and time information. The data will remain in the table until you log out of MyCludo.
Tip! Use Page Inventory to check that the page was indexed.
