How to enable email reports
In this guide, we will explore how to enable three essential types of email reports: Analytics reports, Broken Tools reports, and Actionable Recommendations reports. These reports offer valuable insights and notifications to help you manage and optimize your search.
- In the top bar, click the icon at the top right
- Select Profile settings from the list
- Select Email reports in the navigation bar
How to enable analytics reports
- Enable the Analytics report toggle
- Select how often you want to receive the report
- Select which engine(s) you would like to receive reports for in the dropdown menu
How to enable broken tools reports
Enabling the broken tools reports will send notifications to your inbox in case broken tools are detected by Cludo, helping you maintain the tools you have set up and ensure that they are up to date. This currently works for banners, page rankings, and quicklinks.
- Enable the Broken tools report toggle
Emails will now be sent to your address when any engine is registered with a broken tool.
How to enable Actionable Recommendations report
Enabling the Actionable Recommendations report will send an email to your inbox with all the new recommendations, every 2 weeks.
- Enable the Actionable Recommendations report toggle
- Select which engine(s) you would like to receive reports for in the dropdown menu
Emails will now be sent to the selected email addresses every two weeks.
