Does Cludo support multi-factor authentication?

Cludo does not currently support MFA (multi-factor authentication) or 2FA (two-factor authentication) for the MyCludo interface.

However, it is currently planned to release an email-based 2FA system in May 2023. Aside from this release, further channels are being investigated, which could allow for an even more secure multi-factor authentication setup.

The difference between 2FA and MFA is the number of factors the user must use to authenticate access. with 2FA, the authentication is limited to two channels, while MFA is simply a minimum of two channels, but can be more.

As an alternative, SSO (single sign-on) is currently offered at an additional yearly fee.
